弘前駅前ショッピングモールにおいて、第14回食育フェスティバルが開催されました。展示ブースでは、①看護学科学生による感染予防を目的とした正しい手の洗い方②別科調理師養成課程教員による親子体験型での「りんごシャーベットづくり」③口腔衛生学科学生による食事後の正しい口腔ケア、唾液腺刺激マッサージを紹介しました。

　今回の体験は参加いただいた皆さんの食育についての理解を深める貴重な機会となったことと思います。

【Activities of Community Relations Office 】The 14th Nutrition Education Festival（2023.11.26.）

The 14th Nutrition Education Festival was held at the Hirosaki Shopping Plaza. At the exhibition booths, there were events such as 1) the correct way of washing hands for infection prevention demonstrated by students from the department of nursing, 2) a parent-child experiential event of making ‘apple sherbet’ led by instructors who are teaching the course of culinary, and 3) proper oral care after meals and salivary gland massage, demonstrated by students from the department of oral hygiene. This experience was a valuable opportunity for all participants to deepen their understanding of food education.
